Behaviour support

We provide Positive Behaviour Support for people who are engaging in challenging behaviours. We work with the person (and their families, support workers and providers) to develop easy-to-use Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs). Our plans aim to achieve a reduction of the challenging behvoiur, and a better quality of life for the person. We are registered behaviour support practitioners and have lots of experience writing PBSPs and training carers how to use them.

Therapy / Counselling

Our Psychologists provide therapy for people who live with differences such as intellectual disabilities, Autism, and complex support and communication needs. You may want to talk about a particular problem you are experiencing, address mental health concerns, or develop coping or social skills. We can provide therapies such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) or other specific therapeutic programs such as emotional regulation training. There is no issue too small or too big for our therapists.

As an established NDIS Provider, we understand how hard it is for:

  • participants to find appropriate services

  • providers to understand and meet the NDIS requirements

Our aim is to support providers to enter and stay in the disability sector.

To do this we are providing supervision, resources and training to practitioners and service providers.

Supervision

Both new and experienced practitioners benefit from our supervision services. We provide supervision to our peers,  provisionally registered psychologists, behaviour support practitioners and other NDIS therapists. Our mobile or Telehealth services can:

  • meet your supervision requirements

  • review your NDIS Behaviour Support Capability Framework

  • provide support and guidance on particular issues

  • review your written work

  • assist with skill development (ACT, Positive Behaviour Support)

Training

We can provide customised training to:

  • meet the needs of your staff

  • increase your team's resilience and functioning

Online (live or pre-recorded), face-to-face, individual and group facilitation options available.

Contact us to discuss your needs and we can provide a quote.
